The Strategy Agent shows how a rule would have done on past prices. It doesn't tell you what to buy, and a good backtest doesn't mean the rule will work in future.
With a small amount, fees, currency charges and whole shares can take a large share of any return. A backtest run with your amount and broker shows those costs; they change over time, so check your broker's current charges.
