Quantis Trade is back online on a new server

On 24 September we moved Quantis Trade to a newly built server, set up from scratch from our current code rather than copied across from the old machine. This is the first changelog entry since early May. The entries dated after this one cover what we fixed and shipped in the days after the move.

One problem showed up on the first day and was fixed the same day: most requests from the app to our backend were failing with a server error, because of a routing mistake in the new server's configuration. The backtest engine's health check was also misconfigured, so the engine was reported as unhealthy even while it was running normally. Both fixes are now part of our deployment setup, so the next rebuild won't bring them back.
