Portfolios, in the top bar.
Track a rule with pretend money
- Run a test, or open a strategy you saved.
- Under a result, in What next, press "Track it with pretend money". On the Portfolios page, each saved strategy has a "Track with pretend money" button.
- Confirm. Tracking costs no tokens.
- It is listed on the Portfolios page. Each US trading day, it holds what the rule says.
What each one shows
- Its value and its gain, each with the date it is from.
- Does the cash add up?, the check described in pretend-money portfolios.
- A figure that is not available is shown as not available, with the reason, never as zero.
One rule, one portfolio
Asking to track a rule that is already tracked says so and points to the portfolio that tracks it.
Paper Trading
Paper Trading has more detail for each pretend-money portfolio.
